CHICKEN PIAPARAN




Ito ang handa namin ngayon dahil friday, special day ng mga muslim. kaya special ang inihanda ko. parehas din ito sa paggawa ng bakas piaparan. iba nga lang ang paraan ng pagluto.


mga sangkap:

1 kilo manok (galing sa GINATAANG MANOK)
1/2 laman ng Niyog na kinayod
2 kutsara palapa
1 kutsara kalawag
1 sibuyas
1/2 kutsarita bawang
2 Stalk ng sibuyas na mura (onion leeks)
2 red bell peppers
2 kutsara asin



Paraan ng Pagluto:


1. Lagyan ng kalawag ang laman ng niyog. haluin.itabi.
2. Igisa ang sibuyas, bawang, palapa, bell peppers, sibuya na mura
3. ilagay ang laman ng niyog
4. lagyan ng dahon ng laurel at isunod ang manok ito yong galing sa sinabawan na manok o chicken soup
5. lagyan ng asin ayon sa panlasa.haluin at ihain.

  1. Assalamualaikum! eto ang paborito ko. medyo magulo yung procedure. Ano ang mga ito sa ingles at saan mabibili? (Palapa,Kalawag,Sibuyas na Mura) Sana kapatid gawa ka ng step by step na pagluluto with pics. Maraming Salamat. Di ba may sabaw din na dilaw ang kapartner ng chicken papar?

  5. Nice blog. I'm studying in Iligan but since I'm graduating soon, there's a possibility I'm not going to contact my friends that much anymore. I really love maranao foods and I often ask my friends how to make them. Now, it won't be too hard for me in case I forget. Thanks to this blog!

  8. Main ingredient of Pindialukan is Deer...alternative is carabeef
