BADAK

BADAK 

as requested by one of our reader..




Mga Sangkap

1kilo fresh Langka or Jackfruit
4 pcs Bulad or Dried fish
1 1/2 onions
3 pcs bell pepper
1 sibuyas na mura or onion leeks
2 cups kakang gata (unang piga)
1 liter gata (2nd)
1 1/2 cup Tiyolo
(paggawa: isangag ang niyog hanggang maging brown, medium heat)
5 tbsp Palapa (proceed to my blog for instruction how to make palapa)
5 dried laurel leaves


Paraan ng Paggawa

1. Ihanda lahat ng sangkap
2. ilagay sa kaserola ang langka, budburan ng kalawag o turmeric, 3 tbsp palapa, ilagay na din ang sibuyas or onions, bell pepper,laurel leaves, tiyolo at saka yong bulad.
3. ilagay ang pangalawang gata at pakuluin ng 30 mins palambutin ang langka. kailangan pantay ang tubig sa dami ng langka.
4. kapag kumulo na lagyan ng asin 2 tbsp
5. lagyan ulit ng 1tbsp na palapa
6 .ilagay ang kakang gata (unang piga)
7. kapag kumulo na, ilagay ang sibuyas na mura

Kinilaw na tanigue ala Maranao





Ingredients
1/2 fresh tanigue meat,cubes

2 pcs small onions, chopped

3 pcs tomatoes, chopped

4 pcs siling haba, chopped
3 tbsp ginger, chopped

3 tbsp siling labuyo, chopped

1 whole cucumber,chopped

385ml vinegar/suka1 can evap milk

Procedure:

-wash fresh tanigue meat with vinegar or suka.drain

- add half of the remaining vinegar let it stand for 15minutes or more

-add the sili labuyo. sprinkle with salt to taste.

-add the remaining ingredients tomatoes, cucumber, siling haba and ginger

-add evap milk. salt to taste
