Kinilaw na tanigue ala Maranao





Ingredients
1/2 fresh tanigue meat,cubes

2 pcs small onions, chopped

3 pcs tomatoes, chopped

4 pcs siling haba, chopped
3 tbsp ginger, chopped

3 tbsp siling labuyo, chopped

1 whole cucumber,chopped

385ml vinegar/suka1 can evap milk

Procedure:

-wash fresh tanigue meat with vinegar or suka.drain

- add half of the remaining vinegar let it stand for 15minutes or more

-add the sili labuyo. sprinkle with salt to taste.

-add the remaining ingredients tomatoes, cucumber, siling haba and ginger

-add evap milk. salt to taste
